DevOps Engineer CI/CD (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for our DevOps-driven software management and release processes with our Software Architect and in close cooperation with our Scrum Master and our Automated Software Testing & QA team.

Your Role

You will be responsible for our DevOps-driven software management and release processes with our Software Architect and in close cooperation with our Scrum Master and our Automated Software Testing & QA team. In this role you guarantee procedures and quality gates for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines. Your tasks in detail:

  • Conceptualizing, creating, monitoring and maintaining of agile CI/CD pipelines based on Azure DevOps integrated technologies
  • Roll-out of constantly smooth running DevOps concepts, processes and methods
  • Automatization of system infrastructures and processes with modern automatization tools and -scripts
  • Planning of Software Development packages
  • Planning and provisioning virtual environments based on the Hyper-V technology (e.g. AutomatedLabs)
  • Installing and configuring applications
  • Ensuring IT security in collaboration with our in-house security team and external service providers

Your Profile

  • Practical experience in building CI/CD pipelines Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture
  • Familiar with container technologies as Dockers and Kubernetes
  • Windows server infrastructure knowledge and windows administration (AD-DS, LDAP, AD-CS, IIS, DNS, etc.)
  • Successful degree in computer science or comparable qualification
  • Understanding the need for and benefits of good documentation
  • Very good English language skills and ideally German language skills
